At EVELYN & KATE we value our customers. We understand that sometimes a purchase isn’t exactly right, and we would like to help with that. To place a return, please follow the instructions below. We also offer store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose something that’s perfect for you!

How to start a return?

  • Visit returns.evelynandkate.com or access Returns from the footer of our homepage at evelynandkate.com
  • Enter order number and email address from which the purchase was initiated
  • Follow the instructions and select the items to be returned
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What can I return? 

  • Purchases may only be returned within 20 days of order shipment date
  • Merchandise must be in new/original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging with all tags intact

What cannot be returned? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • Pre-Order Purchases
  • International orders
  • Pillow Inserts are Final Sale and Not eligible for Return.
  • All Discounted Items are Final Sale and Not Eligible for Return.

Can items be exchanged?

  • We offer the exchange of purchased items for store credit on our website evelynandkate.com  
  • Credit may be used to shop for available items on our website
  • Credit code will be issued upon completion of Returns inquiry

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

After completing your Returns Inquiry and generating your Return Label from returns.evelynandkate.com, package your unused merchandise in its original packaging and affix your Pre-Printed Label to the outside of the package.  Drop off your package at your nearest UPS Store.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Please allow 5 – 7 working days after approval for your bank to process the refund to the original form of payment.
